How it Began
My initial years were in Bangalore working for Infosys. Working in such a progressive, large company made me understand and appreciate the potential of growth and team work. When I took a personal break to parent my little girl, it allowed me to realise the perspective of my career and future expectations from it.
When Capital 9 started in 2008, I took up the role of handling admin, HR and finance verticals keen to bring in my combination of corporate and parenting experiences.
What Inspires Me
Trying to provide a close knit working environment where the entire team feel like family has always been a core philosophy. One of my favourite challenges to rise up to is responding to client requests with proposals that are processed effectively and efficiently in the shortest possible time!
My Biggest Learning
Hard work along with discipline in every aspect of life is what brings you success- there is NO substitute for it. I also believe that the nature of destiny will be good if one is good natured in every way – ethical and transparent communication to care for others prosperity and well being in key!
