Sunrise was a known name in the Bangalore market for bathing and kitchen accessories for several decades. They wanted to offer some of the world’s best brands for lifestyle home solutions to capitalize on their growing market presence. Their traditional bank was not able to understand the increase in working capital requirement as they had never dealt with international brands in this segment. The challenge was then to find such a bank that understood the need for luxury brands requiring higher capital, such that they got the support to expand to new product and customer segments.
